To qualify, each team must submit the following on Devpost:

• Project Title & Description
  A clear explanation of the problem, your solution, and how AI is used.
• Working Demo / Prototype
  A functional version of your project (web app, mobile app, model, or prototype).
• Demo Video (2–5 minutes)
  Show how your solution works, the problem it solves, and key features.
• Source Code Repository
  A public GitHub (or similar) link with well-organized code and a README.
• AI Integration Details
  Briefly explain the AI techniques, models, or APIs used in your project.
• Screenshots or Visuals
  Images that showcase your product interface or results.
• Installation / Usage Instructions
  Steps for judges to run or test your project.
• Team Information
  Names of all team members and their roles.
• Optional (Bonus):
  • Live deployment link
  • Presentation slides
  • Dataset details or model training approach

Note: Submissions must be completed before the deadline. Late or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
